How to find words
Swipe adjacent letters — across, up, down, or diagonal. You can turn. Use each letter once in a word. Three letters minimum. Wrong guesses never cost points. There is no keyboard.
Pasture
Today's board, with no clock. Everyone plays the same one. Find words whenever you want, leave, and come back — they stay. Your score is on screen the whole time. There is always a category: a themed list to hunt, like animals or foods. Other real words count too. At midnight ET the scoreboard locks, the leaderboard is final, and you can see all of the words.
Stampede
3 timed boards today. Play them in any order. You start the 2:30 clock, and you get one try. Find as many words as you can. If you leave, the clock keeps going. Most boards have a category to hunt. One does not — every real word counts there. When time is up, your score is final. Open a finished board to see your rank.
Points and midnight
Each letter is worth points. Longer words score more. A word through a 2x or 3x tile is multiplied. Use every letter on the board once for a bonus, twice for more, then three, four, and five times. Stampede boards do not always offer every bonus. Pasture boards do. You see your score while you play. It locks at midnight ET. Come back tomorrow for a new day.
Herds
A Herd is the people you play with, not another game. Make one and share the code, or join with a code. You play the same daily boards and compare scores together. You can be in more than one.

Pasture always has a category. In Stampede, most heats have a category; one of today's 3 does not. Every valid word still counts there.

You can belong to up to 8 Herds at once — work, family, and the group chat.
Recap one at a time
Everyone is people for every player, or Herds of the same size as yours — a Herd needs at least 2 people to show up on those rankings. Open a Herd to see just that group’s people. The chevron picks which Herd you are viewing.

Use every letter on the board once for a bonus, twice for more, then three, four, and five times. Stampede boards do not always offer every bonus. Pasture boards do.

On themed boards, words intersect. Spot letters that pull double duty on compact grids.

High-value letters
Q, Z, and J are worth 8–10 points. Pair them with length multipliers for maximum impact.
